User Connects Wallet: The user connects their crypto wallet to the Galaxy dApp, allowing them to access their assets across different blockchain networks.
Select Desired Token and Chain: The user selects the token they wish to acquire (e.g., $JUP) and specifies the blockchain network they prefer to transact on (e.g., Ethereum).
Find Counterparty: Galaxy matches the user with a counterparty willing to sell $JUP for the chosen payment token (ETH).
Escrow and Settlement: Galaxy facilitates the escrow of the payment token (ETH) from the buyer and the transfer of the target token ($JUP) from the seller by holding all the tokens in an Escrow Smart Contract. Once both tokens are secured, Galaxy settles the transaction.
Transfer to User Wallet: The purchased $JUP tokens are transferred from the Escrow Smart Contract to the user's designated Solana wallet. To learn more on how to set up your wallets please visit the Link your Wallets page.
Transaction Confirmation: The user receives confirmation of the successful transaction and the transfer of $JUP tokens to their Solana wallet.
